Perceptions as I experience can be and are as individual as we are individuals. Through communication or self-talk one is able to change one's own perception. Sometimes through persuasive communication from another person one can experience a change of what it is they perceive. Stopping and gathering facts before making a decisive opinion based on an immediate situation can offer serenity to self. Serenity can also be achieved in situations that are disturbing [by] allowing oneself not to force oneself to have [an] opinion. When I find myself making a decisive decision based on false perception and/or facts I feel stress and find it harder to function naturally. Most of the time is spent processing and fighting within myself to find a fact that is true to fit my false fact's truth thus [showing] me being right. I believe there can be no greater mistake than to believe in a false fact. People's opinion or perception of another person can be devastating when judged thru a mind that is not at peace with [it]self or has a low self-esteem it feeds poison. [Likewise] when this person shares and speaks without integrity about what they perceive the other person's character to be. While my perception may be correct it is not always accepted.
