PAI holds focus groups to hear what the mental health constituency would like to see included in their strategic plan. This group was set up to discuss discrimination issues related to respect Hundreds of thousands of mental health clients in California live on low incomes and managed treatment regimes. This is commonly known as warehousing. Treatment & case management are often undertaken on the basis of ‘safety’ as judged by the provider. The hopes and dreams of the client are often disregarded, discouraged, even disparaged. What kind of work program for PAI would address this sort of discriminatory condition? | ||
