wow! andrew ..
you know when i looked inside a catatonic vision of my interior, that i became close friends with my new birth or horizons and fragments of a new brain i learned that my respect for myself, with nurturing and meditation, i was aware of a ladder, climbing rungs one at a time to create more integrated tiny thoughts to a respectful way of being.
to describe more like a black dark cave with alot of inner knowledge on i was to create a new vision of myself and extend to others what fragments i can give of benefits, always building tiny blocks of information internally and externally, sometimes safe sometimes frightened by these new bubbles of thought.
